Here's a list of frequent questions asked by interested applicants on our ICT VISA Prepaid products and services:

  • Who can apply for an ICT VISA Prepaid Card?

    Any individual above 18 years old can apply for an ICT VSA Prepaid Card. For foreigners or expatriates, the applicant is required to submit additional documentation (passport copy, tenancy agreement, employment letter, UNHCR card or working VISA permit) as proof that they are residing in Malaysia with a mailing address. This is a mandatory requirement or else the application will not be approved and rejected.

  • The ICT VISA Prepaid Card starter pack retail price is fixed at RM 100.00. This includes registered POS Laju delivery charges for East and West Malaysia ONLY. There will be a 1 year FREE GPA insurance policy coverage of RM 30,000 accompanied with the ICT VISA Prepaid Card.

    GPA Insurance Policy Coverage: Death (RM 30,000), Permanent Disability (RM 30,000), Accidental Daily Hospital Earnings RM 100/day (Up to 14 days only), Funeral Expenses (RM 2,000), Return Shipping Expenses (RM 5,000), Ambulance Fees (RM 500).

    GPA Insurance Policy Renewal after expiry is RM 15.00 per annum.

  • There will be a RM 0.75 cents deducted every month which is RM 9.00 per annum.

  • When you perform a 1st time reload into your ICT VISA Prepaid Card, RM 10.00 will be held as balance cap. The RM 10.00 balance cap will be shown in Current Balance on My Wallet Details when you click on Available Balance link. This amount is fully refundable after card or wallet closure of ICT VISA Prepaid Card is requested and submitted to us by providing the beneficiary bank account details to be refunded to.

    When you perform a 2nd time reload into your ICT VISA Prepaid Card, there will be no amount held as balance cap.

  • Features and services available (ICTPAY mobile app):
    eWallet Transfer (for ICT VISA cardholders ONLY), Bank to Card Transfer (Reload using FPX services), View Transaction History, View Available Card Balance and perform bill payments.

    Features and services available (On Kayaaku Web portal):
    eWallet Transfer (for ICT VISA cardholders ONLY), Bank to Card Transfer (Reload using FPX or DuitNow services), Card to Bank Transfer (Transfer using DuitNow services) View Transaction History, View Available Card Balance, Freeze & Unfreeze Prepaid Card, Change Card PIN, Set Wallet PIN and Set Spending Limit (Daily or Monthly).
